Well my husband went and did the S/A, hopefully we can get pregnant without a iui because it will be hard to try to get him to do it again, he said he felt dirty said the room smelled like alcohol he was scared to sit on the couch they had in there, the movies they had were old no dvd player, a vhs player. Then he said when he went to turn in his sample he put it on the desk and the nurse scrunched up her nose as she used a brochure to pick it up. If we do have to do iui in the future, I will probally do what some couples do get a hotel room by the doctors office. Now we have to wait for the results nurse told him it can take up to five days for them to get the report typed and in my chart. Hopefully when I call on thursday because that will be day 30 of my cycle to order provera, the S/A will be in there and he has normal results so I can also get my clomid. I already signed the release form saying I understand the chance of multiples. Doctor had nurse put note in my chart I can only get the clomid if the S/A is normal so here is to hoping everything is fine, so it will be a good day late birthday present that we get the go ahead for clomid.

Got the Appointment, will he show?

We got a appointment for him for the 30th since they did not have anything available for wed. So we swapped half our schedules at work he works my last half on sunday and I work his last half on friday so he could have off. So he better go because I hate fridays when he gets off, there is so much traffic. This seems like its going to be such a long week.

on our way

I had my post op today, said I can start clomid 100mg for next cycle as long as my husbands semen analysis test comes back good. I thought I would have to pull teeth to get him to do it. He said if I call and make the appointment he will go, but he does not see why he has too because he has a five year old daughter. Just waiting for the doctors office to call me back hoping to get a appointment for wed since he is already off. I am so excited to finally to be actively getting something done. I will be doing this cycle unmonitored because of the holidays my doctors office will be on a reduced schedule for december and i can't get off work because this is our peak season. If no bfp in december then will do monitored cycles in january since I have to change my work schedule in january and will have mornings available for appointments, and I don't have to tell my manager my business, she is so noisy and does not have any confidentiality. A girl on my team was pregnant and when she went to her to be able to schedule off for her ob/gyn appointments she told the team she was pregnant and the girl did not want anyone to know yet and then she had a miscarriage. I plan on not telling anyone outside of family till 2nd trimester to make sure the pregnancy sticks because of the pcos. I am excited and hope my husbands s/a comes back good.

where I am....

I had no gas problems, belly button was sore, just stop being sore today. Only problem was had to sleep on my back I am a stomache sleeper. Husband kept elbowing throughout the night said I was snoring too loud. Had my 3 day cycle bloodwork today and just waiting for my post op appointment which is nov 16th to get the gameplan started.

The day after lap

So far no gas problems, belly button is just sore, no spotting today, just reading posts on my fertility friend, just lounging around the house having a lazy day.

THE LAP

I had my Lap today, I went in at 10am filled out the paperwork, was asked to chnge into the fashionable gown. I was nervous that my blood pressure would be high and I would have to reschedule. She took it and it was beautiful 121/80, yeah the blood pressure medicine worked. Next she put the iv in she first number the area with lidocaine and then my body went cold from the i.v. she put a antibiotic and a medication to make my mouth dry so she they could put the tube in my mouth. Next they said they would bring my husband in, of course he ran downstairs to the cafeteria to get something to eat after I told him don't leave, he came back five minutes later. I ran over the gameplan with him if the doctor comes out talking about I need a hsyterectomy or uteraus removed you tell him no. I read a internet blog where a woman went in for a lap to remove endo and the doc came out and told the husband she needed to have a hysterectomy. Of course she divorced the husband after this. Anyway then they came in and walked me back into the operating room it was so cold in there. They had me lie on the table and the nurse covered me in warm blankets that felt so could the sleep doctor (sorry can spell the a word) said she was giving me something to relax.

Next thing I know I am waking up in the recovery room, and I am pissed I thought they didn't do the surgery. The nurse puts a mask over me for oxygen and says the doctor has good news for you. My husband walks in and then the doctor, and he says he didn't have to do anything not a ounce of scar tissue both tubes are clear all I need now is clomid and he gives me pictures of my tubes to take home.

So far so good no pain just a little soreness at my bellybutton and can't even feel the other incision. but we will see tommorrow how I feel, I hear the gas is the worst part the next day. So closer to my dream of having a little london
